| Thursday Check in at 3:00PM. We will check in and get settled in our hotels. Happy hour etc. and catching up with old friends/making new ones. Dinner is on your own in the Bryan/College station area so please see the restaurant guide in your goodie bag for more info. The Hyatt House Hotel has a fire pit outside the bar which is a great place to enjoy a drink or snack. |
| Friday AM fun run schedules will be detailed on the sign up sheets and cue sheets, lunch is DIY in town and PM fun run schedules will also be detailed on the sign up sheets and cue sheets. We also have Tours for those who do not wish to drive all weekend. These tours include but are not limited to The George Bush Library, and the Messina Hof Winery. We have two dinner runs that are not long drives, you can pick your choice and sign up when checking in. |
| Saturday The Longer runs on Saturday will start about 9:00AM and include lunch stops. We plan to be back at the hotels by 2:00-2:30 in the afternoon. There is a Open House at he newly remodeled Douglas Mazda right next door to the Hyatt House Hotel from 3:00:-4:30 in the afternoon. The Closing Banquet is about a 5-10 minute walk from the Hyatt House Hotel, or a very short drive. The doors open at 6:00 and dinner starts at 6:30. After dinner there will be announcements, door prizes etc. There will be a cash bar as well. |

While Ride With GPS is primarily used for bicycling it also is used by many car and motorcycle clubs.
